About Kenneth,

Born in Boston, raised in Charlotte, Kenneth grew with the instilled values of hard work and honest communication. As the eldest son of parents who were refugees of the Vietnam war, Kenneth recognized, at a young age, the significance of understanding and facilitating legal help to those in need.

While in College at North Carolina State University for a Bachelor’s Degree, Kenneth founded, among many other notable organizations, the fraternity of Pi Alpha Phi. The focus of this foundation was to promote racial awareness and address issues that many minorities were still facing today, such as certain medical ailments and biases in the society. He was also published as a journalist for the NC State Newspaper, The Technician, utilizing his skills to increase the visibility of issues to the readers.

Kenneth received his Juris Doctorate from a North Carolina Law School, graduating at number 17 of his class with full Pro Bono Honors. While in Law School, Kenneth interned for three years at Central Law Group, where he honed his skills of law. Kenneth also worked as a student attorney at the CSL Immigration Clinic; there he was able to facilitate the grant of the school’s first green card for a client, pro bono, and received school-wide recognition.

As a Vietnamese American, Kenneth is fluent in Vietnamese and in English.
Aside from his diligence in the practice of law, Kenneth enjoys working out, spending time with family, reading, cooking, and trying new cultural dishes.
